Last year USA Network came to us looking to Rebrand their Movie Packaging - ‘USA Spotlight’. Their direction was to capture the excitement and drama of a big cinema event using the Spotlight Marquee as a focus. Initial directions explored stock photography & composting, however it very quickly became apparent the the packaging required a more custom approach. With no time to shoot on location, we chose to go the CG route - creating the marquee and lobby in Maya, then shooting green screen the audience to be matched in compositing.
